Emma Scott Rankin is an up and coming singer, songwriter and guitarist from the Northland beachside town of Mangawhai Heads.  Despite her tender years she is quickly gaining recognition in the Northland and Auckland music scenes and has been invited to perform at a variety of events and festivals.

A lively performer with strong vocals, Emma is primarily a crossover contemporary country and rock musician, however she enjoys incorporating a variety of genres into her performances.   Emma has also taken much pleasure in bringing together her passion for poetry and music to write and record a number of original songs.

Emma will be backed by Slipstream, four accomplished musicians from a pop/rock background who have played in various bands throughout Auckland and Northland since the late 1980’s.
