In fact October 2010, Kevin won 2 awards at the NZ Variety Artist Awards, Top Male Artist, and the coveted “Agnew Award” for Best Entertainer, which is an award voted on by all other NZ Entertainers. A native of Auckland New Zealand, Kevin is one of fourteen children born to top country recording artist, the late Rusty Greaves. He performed on-stage at the age of five and started his professional career at the age of fourteen. Before moving to Nashville TN in 1993, he was one of New Zealand’s busiest and most popular entertainers.
Kevin now based back in New Zealand with short trips back to the USA. He has truly been one of NZ’s most successful exports.
In 1995 when FM Country radio was at its peak, Kevin was one of the most played and most requested New Zealand Artists. He had several radio hits and his album “I’m Not Scared Of Women” went on to be Gold Status for sales in New Zealand. Even outselling Garth Brooks in NZ music stores.
